Pegasus Award for International Strength: ZAUNERGROUP Wins in “Export Champions” Category

The Pegasus Award is one of Upper Austria’s leading business honours. Now in its 33rd year, the award was presented under the theme “Borderless – for an open economy”. To reflect this focus, a new category was introduced for the first time: “Export Champions”. It recognises companies with a strong international reach and a significant contribution to Upper Austria’s global competitiveness. For ZAUNERGROUP, being named among the first winners in this category is a special distinction. International project work has long been an important part of our development – not as export in the traditional sense, but as the ability to reliably deliver complex industrial projects across locations, markets and national borders.

This is already the third Pegasus Award for ZAUNERGROUP – and each one has been received in a different category. For Group Managing Director Andreas Beck, this makes the recognition particularly meaningful: “This award shows that we continue to evolve as a company. It reflects our commitment to strengthening our expertise, expanding our capabilities and building on what sets us apart.”

The Pegasus Award is presented in cooperation with leading partners from business, industry and the public sector, including Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich, the Province of Upper Austria, the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Austrian Industries and KPMG.
