Top employers for women: ZAUNERGROUP once again among Austria’s best  

A working environment where women can seize opportunities, grow and take on responsibility: ZAUNERGROUP has once again been named one of the best employers for women in Austria.  

For the third time, kununu and SHEconomy have recognised the Top Female Workplaces. The ranking is based on reviews by women as well as criteria such as equality, development opportunities and work-life balance. Out of numerous companies across a wide range of sectors, only the top 300 made it into the list.   

ZAUNERGROUP has once again demonstrated its strength as an employer and ranks among the top 10 companies in Austria in the overall ranking. We are particularly pleased with our outstanding position within our industry.  

The award was accepted on behalf of the company last week by Paola Filz and Liesa Traxler. We are delighted that they were able to represent the ZAUNERGROUP at this special moment. 

This award is more than just a ranking – it confirms our commitment to creating a working environment where diversity is embraced, potential is nurtured and individual career paths are made possible.
