Intro
Construction sites require speed – and legal certainty. In the area of Work Control, you ensure that external personnel are deployed correctly and in full compliance with legal requirements on our construction sites. You review relevant documentation, keep track of deadlines, and thereby create the foundation for smooth and efficient site operations in compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
Responsibilities
  • <span data-converted-div="1">Contacting external companies to ensure the timely submission of relevant data prior to commencement of work</span>
  • Requesting and verifying all required country-specific personnel documents (with particular focus on work permits for third-country nationals) as well as administration of the personnel data system
  • Ongoing coordination with the requesting departments (project managers, construction site management) to ensure the correct employment of external personnel
  • Administration tasks, including monitoring the entire process, creating checklists, tracking and ensuring deadlines are met, and conducting spot checks of external personnel payroll statements
Qualifications
  • Commercial or technical education
  • Knowledge of labor law, the Act on the Employment of Foreign Nationals, and the EU Posting of Workers Directive are beneficial
  • Very good command of English
  • Flexibility as well as a structured and detail-oriented working style
