To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Quantity Surveyor – a key position with significant responsibility and development potential.
Responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge in cost management and quantity surveying, along with experience in project scheduling using MS Project and/or Primavera P6
  • Contract management.
  • Calculation and tracking of changes and variations in the scope of work (claims).
  • Conducting monthly cost controls (forecasting and reporting).
  • Supporting project management with payment applications, invoices, claims, and commercial decisions.
  • Clear and proactive communication of commercial matters.
  • Participation in regular project meetings (internal and external).
  • Identifying and communicating issues and solutions to project management.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education with experience in commercial project management.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction or industrial sector, focusing on commercial matters.
  • Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Quick comprehension, initiative, and assertiveness.
