Guided by our values and a strong sense of responsibility towards our customers and employees, we set our own standards for quality and safety. These standards define how we work and reflect our ambition to set benchmarks within the industry.
Excellence in quality is only achievable where safety comes first. This is why occupational safety is firmly embedded in our day-to-day operations. A safe working environment enables risks to be assessed accurately and expertise to be applied with precision. Environment & Climate

Goal
A sustainable future needs our contribution. As a young team, we know that. We also know that this path is a marathon - not a sprint. That's why concrete goals and measures point the way for us.
Measures
  • We rely on intelligent concepts to minimize waste. Through the targeted reuse and recycling of materials, we actively contribute to conserving resources and reducing environmental pollution.
  • Our aim is to use resources efficiently and recycle unused materials transparently. In this way, we save costs, reduce transport routes and minimize waste and CO2 emissions.
  • We apply ecological and social standards across our entire supply chain and continuously improve transparency around materials and emissions. To support this, we regularly monitor our suppliers to ensure quality and promote positive change, while respecting human rights, personal dignity and equality.
  • Energy efficiency is part of our responsibility. We optimize processes to reduce energy consumption and rely on modern technologies to sustainably reduce CO2 emissions.
