Intro
To support our project team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities on a major construction project. In this role, you will ensure structured document management and support the HSE team with a wide range of organizational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain HSE documentation and safety-related records
  • Ensure the structured filing and transfer of relevant documents between internal management systems and project platforms (e.g. Google Drive)
  • Support the preparation of audits, risk assessments, and reports
  • Administer training records, certificates, and compliance documentation
  • Collect, review, and track documentation from subcontractors and project partners
  • Provide general organizational and administrative support to the HSE team throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, business school, or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience in an HSE, construction site, or project environment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for day-to-day interaction in an international project environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and self-driven approach to work
  • Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and subcontractors

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
2.727,40 €

2.800,00 €

3.500,00 €
Please note that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Austrian Metal Industry Collective Agreement amounts to € 2.727,40 gross per month. The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and professional experience and typically ranges between € 2.800 and € 3.500 gross per month.
