As part of a planned generational change, we are adjusting our shareholder structure. Roman Zauner and Andreas Beck are taking over sole management and will continue to run ZAUNERGROUP's operations.

Some of the previous shareholders are reducing their shares, while at the same time the German family-owned company GOLDBECK is acquiring a stake in our company as a strategic, long-term partner. ZAUNERGROUP will remain independent. We will continue to operate our existing business areas unchanged, with the management teams of both companies acting independently of each other and continuing to bear full responsibility for their organisations. After decades of building the company, Manfred Zauner and Franz Maurer are stepping back from their operational roles at ZAUNERGROUP. Both will remain closely connected to the company in an advisory capacity, with Manfred Zauner continuing to serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The founders have developed ZAUNERGROUP into an internationally recognised specialist for complex industrial plant projects. “We thank Manfred and Franz for everything they have built,” says Andreas Beck. “Their legacy is not only a highly successful company, but also a culture that we will continue to carry forward as we enter this new partnership.”

The strategic partnership with GOLDBECK focuses on the planning, construction and commissioning of data centres.

Together, we combine construction expertise with technical know-how in industrial plant engineering, enabling us to deliver complex building and plant solutions from a single source. At the same time, we will continue to implement projects in the data centre sector and across all other business areas independently, providing direct support to our customers. Roman Zauner adds: “The fact that Goldbeck shares our mindset, our values and our direction is a strong sign of mutual trust. This partnership is not about operational control – it is about working together as equals.” “ZAUNER remains ZAUNER – independent, strong and reliable,” emphasises Andreas Beck. “At the same time, the collaboration opens up new opportunities to expand our capabilities and, in the long term, offer selected customers even more comprehensive solutions.”
