Business Upper Austria annually recognises outstanding and sustainable HR practices with the renowned HRbert award. This year, ZAUNERGROUP submitted a project for the first time – and won 1st place in the category “Innovation with more than 250 employees” for our Project Insights Business Simulation.

Developed exclusively for ZAUNERGROUP, this realistic business game combines traditional training methods with experiential learning. Over the course of two days, participants take on the roles of division managers or managing directors, navigate complex project challenges, and directly experience the consequences of their decisions. The result: a stronger awareness of cross-functional collaboration and communication – key factors for the success of our projects.

The simulation was created in close cooperation with David Kronawettleitner and Sandra Mühlböck from Inergy Consulting, whose creativity, ideas, and executional strength were crucial in making the concept as dynamic and practical as it is today. We are proud that this initiative not only engages our colleagues but has also convinced the HRbert jury.
