We deliver complex and challenging projects in industrial plant and piping engineering for international clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial sectors. To strengthen our team at our Mainz location, we are looking for a committed professional with experience in project environments and a clear potential and willingness to further develop into a Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
  • Active involvement in the execution of complex plant and industrial piping projects
  • Step-by-step assumption of sub-project responsibility, with the perspective of full project responsibility
  • Support of the Project Manager in planning, cost control, scheduling, and quality management
  • Coordination of internal interfaces (engineering, design, procurement)
  • Coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Participation in tender preparation, cost estimation, and project engineering
  • Change and claim management in close cooperation with the Project Manager
Qualifications
  • Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in<br> mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in plant construction or industrial piping engineering
  • Experience in project execution or project assistance is an advantage
  • Strong development potential and motivation to assume a Project Manager role in the medium term
  • Solid commercial understanding and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 50%)

Compensation

Minimum collective salary

The actual salary will be determined individually and ranges up to € 5,100.00 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive additional financial and non-material benefits related to travel activities.
