Intro
ZAUNERGROUP is one of the leading companies in industrial plant engineering and implements demanding large-scale projects throughout Europe. For our international construction sites in the area of Large Scale Projects, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager (all genders) who will accompany our projects with expertise, foresight, and passion for quality assurance.
Responsibilities
  • Coordination of inspections and testing of weld seams according to the inspection plan (inspection rounds, NDT personnel, pressure tests, walkdowns, etc.)
  • Preparation and execution of production-related checklists and customer acceptances with release for delivery
  • Quality control of subcontractors in manufacturing facilities and on the construction site
  • Support of site management in assembly and personnel deployment planning
Qualifications
  • HTL / Technical school / University of Applied Sciences / University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in the areas of quality management or quality assurance
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a welding supervisor in pipeline construction
  • Solid technical understanding
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent IT skills
  • High willingness to travel (extended stays abroad across Europe)
  • Training, examination, and certification as International Welding Specialist (IWS) is an advantage

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
42.591,92 €

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive Metal Industry collective agreement is € 42,591.92 gross per year. The actual salary lies within a range of € 43,000.00 to € 56,800.00 gross per year and will be determined together with you. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive an attractive expatriation compensation package with additional financial and material benefits for your international assignment.
