Responsibilities

Overall project management of piping and/or plant engineering projects in the Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical) sector
Lead the project team during project planning and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
Manage and maintain customer relationships
Handle change management and claims management activities
Prepare technical and commercial proposals
Support business development and project engineering activities

Qualifications

Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering plant engineering projects
Willingness to undertake extended assignments on international construction sites across Central Europe, primarily within the DACH region
Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication and implementation skills
Strong IT proficiency and digital literacy
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
54.503,26 €

70.000,00 €

90.000,00 €

We would like to highlight that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive Metalcraft Collective Agreement is € 54.503,26 gross annually. The actual salary ranges from € 70.000 to € 90.000 gross annually and will be determined together with you. Additionally an attractive compensation package is granted for assignments abroad.
