Responsibilities
  • <span data-converted-div="1"></span>
  • Overall project management of piping and/or plant engineering projects in the Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical) sector
  • Lead the project team during project planning and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle change management and claims management activities
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Support business development and project engineering activities
Qualifications
  • <span data-converted-div="1"></span>
  • Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering plant engineering projects
  • Willingness to undertake extended assignments on international construction sites across Central Europe, primarily within the DACH region
  • Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication and implementation skills
  • Strong IT proficiency and digital literacy
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
54.503,26 €

70.000,00 €

90.000,00 €
We would like to highlight that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive Metalcraft Collective Agreement is € 54.503,26 gross annually. The actual salary ranges from € 70.000 to € 90.000 gross annually and will be determined together with you. Additionally an attractive compensation package is granted for assignments abroad.
