Intro
For our growing data center projects in Germany and Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Project Execution Manager for on-site construction assignments. In this role, you will support project management, installation management, and site management in the technical and organizational execution of projects in piping and plant construction, and take responsibility for work preparation as well as site and project documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting project management, installation management, and site management in technical and commercial matters
  • Work preparation in alignment with workflows and project schedules
  • Managing, reviewing, and preparing project documentation (as-built documentation)
  • Assisting in technical bid preparation and/or project execution in piping and plant construction
  • Independently handling work packages
  • Creating and maintaining lists for technical project control
  • Managing deviation reports
  • Developing standard details (“typicals”) and technical solution proposals
  • Preparing site and project documentation in accordance with client requirements
Qualifications
  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, installation technology, industrial engineering, or process engineering
  • Experience in project execution or work preparation in plant or piping construction is an advantage
  • Strong IT skills: MS Office, AutoCAD; ideally also MicroStation or other CAD programs
  • Confident demeanor and a structured, self-reliant working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in all aspects of work preparation and site documentation
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel and high flexibility for site assignments in Germany and Switzerland

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
38.947,30 €

39.000,00 €

53.000,00 €
We would like to point out that the collectively agreed minimum salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry amounts to € 38,947.30 gross per year. The actual salary ranges between € 39,000.00 and € 53,000.00 gross per year and will be determined together with you. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive an attractive expatriation compensation package with additional financial and material benefits for your assignment abroad.
