Intro
Digitalisation starts with smart processes. As a Process Manager, you will play an active role in shaping our digital future. You will analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative digital solutions that increase efficiency and create added value.
Responsibilities
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying potential improvements
  • Implementing innovative solutions
  • Coordinating interfaces between specialised departments and the digitisation team
  • Moderating workshops and supporting the introduction of new processes
  • Training and supporting employees
Qualifications
  • University degree or at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in process management, including the analysis, modeling, standardization, and optimization of business processes
  • Strong understanding of digitalization and system implementation
  • High level of methodological expertise (e.g., BPMN, process design, KPI definition, and OKR methodology)
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and understandable concepts
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in change management and ideally also training delivery initiatives

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.109,21 €

3.500,00 €

4.500,00 €
Please note that the collectively agreed minimum salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry is €3,109.21 gross per month. The actual salary ranges between €3,500.00 and €4,500.00 gross and will be determined jointly with you depending on your qualifications and experience.
