ZAUNERGROUP is one of the leading companies in industrial plant engineering and pipeline construction, delivering large-scale, technically demanding projects worldwide. For a new major construction site in the Enns / Linz-Land area, we are looking for a committed Office Allrounder (all genders) starting in spring 2026. In this role, you will support our on-site project team with strong organizational skills, a structured mindset, and intercultural competence. As the central administrative hub on site, you ensure that all background processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Organizational and administrative support of the project team directly on site
  • Support in material management and involvement in construction site logistics
  • Ensuring a fully functional office infrastructure (office equipment, IT coordination, office supplies, availability of consumables, etc.)
  • Point of contact for administrative matters of our construction site employees
  • Support in organizing events in and around the construction site (e.g., team events, information sessions, charity events)
  • Coordination with internal interfaces such as IT, Procurement, or HR
  • If required, liaison with local authorities
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (apprenticeship or higher secondary school diploma)
  • Several years of experience in office management, ideally in a project or construction environment
  • Strong organizational skills and independent working style
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Service-oriented mindset, discretion, and hands-on mentality

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
2.668,69 €

3.000,00 €

3.800,00 €
We would like to point out that the minimum salary as defined by the collective agreement in the attractive Metal Industry Agreement is € 2.668,69 gross per month. The actual salary ranges between € 3.000,00 up to € 3.800,00 gross and will be determined together with you.
