Our legal team, consisting of three experienced female lawyers, makes a crucial contribution to the success of our company group. Responsibilities
  • Legal and strategic support as a competent point of contact for contract negotiations in operational project business—both nationally and internationally (focus on Europe)
  • Independent drafting, review, and adaptation of legal documents Ongoing national and international legal research and development of practical solutions
  • Assertion of claims due to disrupted construction processes and defense against such claims Collaboration with external lawyers
  • Continuous maintenance and development of legal documents (e.g., contract templates) in accordance with corporate standards and legal requirements
Qualifications
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an internationally active company, preferably in plant engineering
  • Interest in national and international civil law, particularly contract law, with the opportunity to specialize in additional legal areas
  • Motivation to conduct independent negotiations
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and analytical working style
  • Excellent German language skills and business-fluent English
  • Open-minded personality with initiative and willingness to learn

Compensation

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive Metal Industry Collective Agreement is € 2,855.52 gross per month. The actual salary falls within a range of € 55,000.00 to € 70,000.00 gross per year and will be determined together with you.
