As an HR Manager, you support our Zauner heroes with passion and expertise, advise leaders as a trusted partner on equal footing, and drive modern HR practices within our business partner approach across the entire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • <li>Independent support and advisory services for managers and employees within selected areas of the company (focus on salaried employees)
  • Planning, implementation and continuous development of targeted recruiting measures, as well as responsibility for the entire recruitment process
  • Conducting and moderating job interviews and providing professional guidance to managers in the selection of candidates
  • Supporting the organization and coordination of, and actively participating in, job fairs (universities of applied sciences, technical colleges and events throughout Austria)
  • Independent preparation of employment contracts, onboarding documents, as well as handling contract amendments and employment law–related matters
  • Operational implementation of all HR measures along the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with defined processes
  • Advising and supporting targeted employee development in close cooperation with HR Development
  • Contributing to the design, implementation and further development of HR processes
  • Active involvement in HR projects and, where required, also taking on project leadership (e.g. employer branding, process optimization, HR digitalization, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Completed education (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on Human Resources, Business Law or a comparable field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a generalist HR role
  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and confident practical application in day‑to‑day HR operations
  • Strong consulting and communication skills as well as a confident, professional demeanor when working with managers
  • Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility
  • Openness to new HR tools, AI‑based applications and modern recruiting and HR approaches
  • Strong social skills, empathy and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.654,05 €

4.000,00 €

4.500,00 €
We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement amounts to € 3.654,05 gross per month. The actual salary is within a range of € 4.000 to € 4.500 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications, and will be determined jointly with you.
