Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and hosting clients and visitors
  • Managing the main telephone line
  • Handling incoming and outgoing physical and electronic mail
  • Coordinating and supporting meetings and events
  • Managing travel arrangements and facility-related tasks
  • Overseeing purchasing and order processing
  • Organizing trade fair participation
Qualifications
  • Completed education is an advantage (e.g., hospitality or gastronomy)
  • Professional experience in reception, assistance, or office management is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Strong team spirit, discretion, and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Office

Compensation

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Metal Industry Agreement is € 2,243.13 gross per month. The actual salary ranges up from 2,290.00 to € 3,200.00 gross per month and will be determined together with you based on your qualifications and experience.
