Responsibilities
  • Independent responsibility for ongoing accounting activities up to the preparation of the trial balance
  • Execution of monthly closing activities, including accruals, provisions, deferrals and valuation topics
  • Preparation and active involvement in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with UGB
  • Handling of daily payment transactions
  • Preparation and submission of statutory reports (e.g. tax authorities, Statistics Austria)
  • Active participation in the continuous development and optimisation of accounting and finance processes
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Successfully completed certification as a Certified Accountant
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
  • Very good knowledge of Austrian GAAP (UGB)
  • Very good user knowledge of BMD NTCS
  • Structured, precise and independent working style
  • Broad commercial understanding with experience in adjacent finance processes (e.g. controlling, liquidity management – ideally in an international environment)
  • Strong team player with clear and professional communication skills

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.893,09 €

4.500,00 €

5.500,00 €
Please note that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Metal Craft Collective Agreement is EUR 3,893.09 gross per month. The actual salary will be within a range of EUR 4,500 to EUR 5,500 gross per month and will be defined together with you based on your qualifications and professional experience.
