Intro

To further develop our controlling and reporting landscape and strengthen data-driven decision-making, we are expanding our team with a company-wide acting controlling professional with strong IT affinity.
Responsibilities
  • Preparation, analysis, and further development of regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad-hoc)
  • Support and further development of company-wide reporting and controlling structures
  • Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and integrated corporate planning
  • Preparation of rolling forecasts and cash flow planning
  • Conducting target/actual comparisons and variance analyses
  • Scenario analyses (best/worst case) to support management decisions
  • Analysis, preparation, and interpretation of large data sets
  • Further development of BI solutions and data-driven evaluations
  • Participation in internal projects (e.g., process automation, software and system implementations)
  • Acting as an interface between Controlling, IT, and operational departments
Qualifications
  • Completed degree in business administration (e.g., Controlling, Finance, Cost Accounting)
  • Relevant professional experience in corporate controlling or operational controlling; experience in project business/plant engineering is an advantage
  • Strong IT and data affinity
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong database knowledge, especially SQL (queries, evaluations, data analysis)
  • Experience with BI tools and ERP systems (e.g., Power BI, BMD, or comparable systems)
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical, structured, and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Interest in digital solutions and continuous process improvement

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive Metal Industry Collective Agreement is € 3,575.39 gross per month. The actual salary ranges between € 3,600.00 and € 4,800.00 gross and will be determined together with you
