Intro
To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated individual who will lead our projects to success with their commitment and expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Full delivery of all contractually agreed services on construction sites in Austria and abroad while ensuring compliance with all occupational health, safety, and employee protection regulations
  • Ensuring the timely execution of construction site activities in line with specified quality standards and commercial performance targets
  • Overall responsibility for the management and coordination of the construction site, including the execution of all rights and obligations defined in the relevant contracts
  • Leadership of the installation team, including the identification of development potential and training needs
  • Ensuring the availability of all required site equipment and its proper and careful use (vehicles, machinery, tools, materials, auxiliary materials, and consumables)
  • Ongoing reporting to the Project Management team
  • Preparation of written claims and change requests towards all contractual partners, as well as support in the defense against such claims in cooperation with Project Management
  • Preparation of construction site and acceptance documentation
  • Acting as a role model with regard to safety, quality, professionalism, and team culture
Qualifications
  • Completed apprenticeship in a metalworking profession or a technical qualification (e.g. technician, university of applied sciences degree, university degree)
  • Several years of experience in construction site management within industrial plant construction
  • Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
  • Qualification as a Safety Officer
  • Basic knowledge of welding technology
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Confident demeanor, self-reliant working style, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • High willingness to travel for construction site assignments in Austria and abroad
  • Very good German and English language skills

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.415,01 €

4.000,00 €

4.500,00 €
Please note that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Austrian Metal Industry Collective Agreement amounts to € 3.415,01 gross per month. The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and professional experience and typically ranges between € 4.000 and € 4.500 gross per month. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive an attractive expatriate compensation package with additional financial and material benefits for your international assignment.
