Intro
Zaunergroup is an international partner for engineering, plant construction, and industrial services in the fields of energy, industry, and infrastructure. To strengthen our engineering and design team at our Wallern an der Trattnach location, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a BIM Coordinator / Designer (Plant Construction / HVAC).
Responsibilities
  • Design and planning of piping systems, steel structures, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning for data center projects
  • Creation, maintenance, and coordination of 3D models in a BIM environment
  • Ensuring consistency between P&IDs and the BIM model, as well as considering manufacturer specifications for equipment (e.g., pumps, control valves, instrumentation)
  • Preparation of piping isometrics, as well as fabrication and installation drawings
  • Working with Autodesk Revit as the central design tool
  • Coordination and alignment of discipline-specific models with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with BIM guidelines and modeling standards
  • Performing model checks and clash detection
  • Contributing to the further development of digital planning processes within the company
Qualifications
  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field
  • Experience in design or planning within plant construction
  • Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit (advantageous)
  • Experience with BIM processes and digital planning methods
  • Proficient in CAD and modeling software
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
  • Good German and English skills

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the collectively agreed minimum salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry amounts to € 38,947.30 gross per year. The actual salary ranges between € 39,000.00 and € 50,000.00 gross per year and will be determined together with you.
