In office jobs, we use flexitime to create space for your family, studies, or hobbies. We also strive for flexibility for our teams on construction sites. Wherever possible, working hours are agreed individually with the manager and the team.

Home office
Depending on your job, you can work from home on certain days. You will receive all relevant information on the home office regulations when you start work.
