Responsibilities
  • Invoicing of our services and preparation of all billing-relevant data
  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of customer and master data
  • Customer correspondence and handling of inquiries related to billing
  • Support with administrative tasks within the accounting department
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HLW, or an equivalent commercial apprenticeship)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the construction industry, related trades, or project‑based business
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and colleagues

Compensation

Minimum collective salary
3.171,00 €

3.200,00 €

4.500,00 €
We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Metal Industry Collective Agreement amounts to € 3,171 gross per month. The actual salary for this position falls within a range of € 3,200 to € 4,500 gross per month and will be determined together with you based on your qualifications and experience.
