Intro
To strengthen our team at the Salzburg location, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and highly organized individual to join us as an Office Management Assistant. In this versatile role, you will work closely with management and the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in the office.
Responsibilities
  • Office administration (main contact for landlords, suppliers, cleaning companies, craftsmen, etc.)
  • Management of office supplies, consumables, and ensuring order and functionality of office spaces
  • Preparation, organization, and follow-up of team events, meetings, and internal appointments
  • Maintenance and further development of internal organizational and process documentation
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Support in preparing offers and presentations
  • Preparation of project and proposal documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Administrative support for ongoing projects and acting as an interface to other departments
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, or equivalent)
  • Professional experience in an assistant or office management role is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and discretion
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a professional demeanor

Compensation

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary is € 2,727.40 per month. The actual salary is above the collective agreement and ranges between € 2,727.40 and € 3,500.00 gross per month. The final amount is determined based on your qualifications and experience during the interview process.
