Zauner Romania is part of ZAUNERGORUP and with more than 350 employees one of the largest and most successful companies in industrial plant construction in Romania.
Since our foundation in 2003, we can look back on many successes and high-quality projects in different sectors: For example in the Energy Industry, Oil Industry – Refinery or Chemical Industry. Our focus is on precise off-site production. In addition to professional prefabrication, Zauner Romania is also involved in many international projects from ZAUNERGROUP.
Locations
Our company has two locations in the country:
Satu Mare
The Headquarters of Zauner Romania is in Satu Mare. There is a modern office and production building, where the prefabrication of various pipelines takes place. The northwestern location offers excellent connections to Hungary, which is an advantage for employees as well as for logistical processes and exports.
Ploiești
Zauner Romania’s technical office is located in Ploiești. Our competent local team supports us in all phases of the projects.
Prefabrication in Satu Mare
Zauner Romania invested 2022 in a new production building with 15.000 m². Now there is our production, storage and handling areas.
Now we have the sufficient capacity to handle big projects all over Europe. Our highly qualified employees, who work in shifts, increase our efficiency and ensure faster delivery to our customers. In addition to conventional pipe prefabrication, the site also focuses on modular pipe racks to increase the degree of prefabrication and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Current developments
At the moment, there are construction works underway to expand the site in Satu Mare. We are also planning further investments for the future in order to further optimize our capacities. To keep up to date with the latest developments, follow our news articles regularly.
Welding School
Zauner Romania opened its own training center in 2009. We offer regular training courses to train local workers to become highly qualified pipeline welders. Our training includes intensive training in TIG welding (141) for carbon and stainless steel.
Orbital welding
In order to offer our customers a broad product portfolio, we focus on the orbital welding process. Special training take place to increase quality, productivity and safety in orbital welding.
Orbital welding is a special welding process in which an automated system is used to produce high-quality, uniform weld seams on cylindrical objects such as pipes, hoses and fittings. It is used in industries such as aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and the food and beverage industry.
