ZAUNERGROUP is one of the leading companies in industrial plant engineering and project business and is active in the execution of large, technically demanding construction and infrastructure projects. For our Large Scale Projects division, we are looking for committed support in construction site management for our current project in Lübbenau.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the site management team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating and monitoring construction schedules and sequences
  • Recording, reviewing, and filing daily construction reports, delivery notes, and documentation
  • Preparing meetings and taking minutes
  • Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards on the construction site
  • Assisting with material management and site logistics
  • Maintaining databases, project files, and digital construction tools
Qualifications
  • Class B driving license is an advantage
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Resilience and flexibility in everyday construction site operations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Compensation

Minimum collective salary

We would like to point out that the minimum salary as defined by the collective agreement in the attractive Metal Industry Agreement is € 2,668.69 gross per month. The actual salary ranges up to € 3,500.00 gross and will be determined together with you. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive an attractive expatriate compensation package that includes additional financial and material benefits for your international assignment
